Gas station attendant Clint Ramsey, who works at Martin Bormann's Super Service in the desert, finds himself too irresistible to a series of women, all of whom have the word "Super" in their given names. In the beginning, he is married to the hypersexual, demanding, and jealous SuperAngel (Shari Eubank), who constantly harasses him at work. She orders him home at once when she calls Clint and overhears a female customer, SuperLorna (Christy Hartburg), hits on him at work. Clint finds SuperAngel's constant accusations and arguing a turnoff and, back at home, they fight after he rejects her aggressive advances. A neighbor calls the police as Clint leaves for a local bar, where the bartender is the very scantily clad SuperHaji (Haji).

Bugie rosse aka The Final Scoop (1993) - Pierfrancesco Campanella

Pierfrancesco Campanella's first giallo (also his directorial debut). The plot is about a series of murders among homosexuals, but the erotic element is mostly represented in heterosexual couplings, so no worries there. Starring the always excellent Tomas Arana, with Alida Vali, Gioia Scola, Lorenzo Flaherty, Natasha Hovey and Barbara Scoppa.

Okasareta hakui aka Violated Angels (1967) - Koji Wakamatsu

A voyeur, invited into a dormitory for nurses, remains behind to violate and murder close to a dozen of them. Some of the nurses attempt to talk him out of ending their lives and much of the film is comprised of these conversations, but the talk doesn't do much good. Most of the film is black and white and quite murky, but there are selected snippets of color to illustrate the aftermath of the killer's work. Bleak and slow moving, Wakamatsu attempts to provide a political subtext for the nastiness, but it comes across as pretentious. The stabbings, rapes and beatings are shot mostly at a distance, but the tone is upsetting and the constant screaming and general air of misery is palpable. The score, by Wakamatsu, is hypnotic.

Las colegialas aka Las Colegialas Se Divierten (1986) - Fernando Siro

The main plot involves the school director bringing in a female inspector to clean up the school. This worries the students for some reason to the extent that they confront the inspector at her house and accidentally knock her out. They then decide to kidnap her and replace her with the sexy stripper "aunt" of one of the girls. The real director meanwhile falls madly in lust/love with one of her male captors after they eat an erotic meal of fruit and sausages together. Meanwhile a goody-good student and her hypocrite father begin to suspect the ruse... First a classic Brazilian erotic. Looks like a move about a young girl who keeps fantasing about anal with a black man...

Lesviakos Avgoustos AKA Lesbian August (1974) - Erricos Andreou

At a small and peaceful island, a painter with his wife and daughter (from his first marriage) arrive for vacation. The wife and the daughter seem to have a sexual relationship. However, the daughter wants to break free from this relationship and this leads her to have sex with a fisherman (who happens to be married). He falls in love with her but she tells him that she only wanted him for one night. When the painter learns about the two women, he molests his wife and she poisons him to death. The fisherman discovers who the murderer is and blackmails the two women. He dissapears. In the meanwhile the two women get busted by the police and that’s when the fisherman shows up again and solves the murder mystery.

Odyssey: The Ultimate Trip (1977) - Gerard Damiano

Synopsis:
Three unrelated stories. The first is about a dissatisfied, hurtful couple clinging together to spite each other rather than take the risk of finding a relationship. The second story consists of a series of female clients at a psychologist's office that each tell their bitter and sad stories of how they developed their attitudes towards men or sex in general. The final story is a day in the life of a model that can't seem to get past posing for the men's magazine circuit, the daily abuse she deals with, her feelings of enslavement, and the impact upon her sanity.

The film takes place before, during and immediately after the engagement party of Dr.Henry Jekyll and Miss Fanny Osborne, attended by numerous highly respectable guests (a general, a doctor, a priest, a lawyer), the last of which informs the company that a child has been murdered in the street outside. While the others watch a young dancer perform, Dr.Jekyll instructs the lawyer to alter his will, leaving everything to a certain Mr.Hyde. Shortly afterwards, the dancer is found murdered, and the guests realise that one of their number must be a maniac with a prodigious sexual appetite...

Forbidden Letters (1976) - Arthur J. Bressan Jr.

Synopsis: Erotic, explicit letters between a young man and his incarcerated lover recall happier (and hotter) times. The story of 2 lovers, one in jail (Richard Locke), the other, younger one (Robert Adams), still living in the San Francisco apartment they shared. A series of letters and remembrances to and of each other, but primarily from the point of view of the younger Robert who’s anxiously awaiting the release of Richard, and they’re reunion.

Parts of the movie were actually filmed in Alcatraz. The film begins in black-and-white and later changes to color. Overall, the film is very experimental and concludes in a very unconventional fashion with director Bressan narrating the credits juxtaposed with behind-the-scenes footage of the making of the film, including the cutting and editing of the film reels! Aside from the exception of Wakefield Poole's Bijou, Forbidden Letters is probably the most artful and idiosyncratic American gay hardcore flick ever made.
