A visually stunning glance behind the facades of daily routine...

Bubble Gum (1983) - Damon Christian

Synopsis:
Kirdy Stevens's TABOO stands as the movie that made incest a popular (and lucrative) topic in Erotica, and THE SIBLINGS (aka BUBBLE GUM) is a worthy successor. The vagaries of film and now video distribution have left it unsung at the moment.
Alternate title, which refers to the single word "Bubblegum" nickname of character Ginger Walters, signals the jail-bait genre, which overlaps with incest. What makes THE SIBLINGS fun is that the incest subject matter is like that of TOM JONES, mistaken identity where the issue of "what's really true?" looms large, and the actuality of sex between relatives is secondary to what the characters know about their relationships (the proper subject matter of "incest").

Synopsis: As the world slides to nuclear war and bombs explode in the background, the de Courvals have their family problems, but become increasingly uninhibited. The son of the de Courvals is caught masturbating by his tutor, Patricia, but she undoes her dress and masturbates as well while remembering an encounter with Thierry de Brem on a yacht (probably archive footage). There is a dinner party and Juliette cools herself against a fan, revealing her knickerless state. The son is caught masturbating under the table cloth and sent off to bed. Then the rest of the party adjourn to watch a porn film. It turns out that Richard features in this film and he almost leaves, but returns. Alex is turned on enough to begin to grope Patricia, and she remembers a threesome with Thierry and another male. Armelle almost masturbates and then, disgusted as the porn film reaches the point where two girls take a facial, she rushes to the bathroom. Alex goes to console her and she offers herself to him we see a fantasy sequence but he turns her down. But back in the main room Juliette and Patricia have leapt on Richard. Alex and Armelle join in and the butler is conscripted to make up the numbers. The son has dressed up in drag and watches from a balcony and then joins in.

The film was exported to the USA with the title Pussy Talk and started a period of French porn chic in America, followed soon by films such as Candy’s Candy (Candice Candy) and Kinky Ladies of Bourbon Street (Mes Nuits avec Alice, Pénélope, Arnold, Maude et Richard) in 1976. The film was directed by Claude Mulot (as Frédéric Lansac) who also directed a sequel to Le Sexe qui parle in 1977, which starts with the “infection” passed by Eric to a prostitute.

Atsui Toiki AKA The Fetist AKA Hot Breath (1998) - Hisayasu Satô

Quote:
Slightly strange Sato entry from 1998 revisting the gay pinku once again. A young man in a somewhat abusive gay relationship slowly loses his mind and becomes a serial killer, slashing random people in the streets. There's a next-door neighbour obsessed with capturing sounds and eavesdropping, another neighbour who has an S&M relationship with a girl that seems to unsettle and trigger violent and confusing thoughts in the young man, and there's a gay painter who becomes obsesed with the young man. Violence escalates and becomes chaotic, but none of their behaviour makes any sense. Just more of the typical Sato themes of obsessions and fetishes turning violent I guess.

Pandora Peaks (2001) - Russ Meyer

allmovie.com wrote:
Adult cinema director Russ Meyer returns to the screen for his first time in 20 years with this documentary about big-breasted (Triple H cup) strip dancer Pandora Peaks. Meyer combines biographical info on the chesty exhibitionist with plenty of Peaks' sexy routines, as well as snippets of his own cinematic history. Reminiscent of the director's earlier Mondo Topless, the film is a collision of rapidly moving montage sequences that supply acres of skin along with Meyer's own lecherous sense of humor. The pneumatic Peaks is shown dancing in dusty desert locales, drinking at a German Oktoberfest, and enjoying a stimulating workout on her Trimax machine. Meyer is also a frequent face, trout fishing with a variety of Army buddies and mugging impishly at his over-endowed subject. The film includes appearances from busty starlets such as Tundi, Leosha, and Candy Samples and brings back Anthony James Ryan to briefly reprise his role from Eve and the Handyman.Plot Synopsis by Fred Beldin
